Delivery from Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

• Delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

• Normally the product will be delivered within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation; it may vary due to products availability.

• Delivery will be suspended and re-arranged in case of the black rain signal or typhoon signal No.8 or above is being hoisted

• Delivery service is not available for Park Island, Discovery Bay and Outlying Islands

 

Delivery Charge

• Free delivery for purchase over HK$500, otherwise delivery charge is $150.

• Applicable to single delivery address only. Extra HK$200 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements

 

Exchange & Refund Policy

• Items sold are non-refundable

• Should the merchandise be found defective, an exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that Customers inform Celebrate Club customer services within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. The signed delivery receipt of merchandise will serve as proof of purchase.
